Park Description: 22,557 sq. ft. All cement skate park that contains
three areas based on skill levels.
The beginners area contains a 2' depth bowl and a variety of benches.
The intermediate area contains a rollover, steps, rails and a variety
of ramps and benches.
The advanced area contains two 6-8' spine bowls and a quarter rail.
Park Rules:
- Skate at your
own risk.
- Facility is
not Supervised.
- In-Line Skaters
and Skateboarders only. No Bikes Allowed.
- Use of the Facility
may result in serious injury, including broken bones, concussion,
paralysis, and death.
- Protective gear
is recommended: Helmets, Wrist Guards, Knee and Elbow Pads.
- Keep your equipment
in good working order.
- Surfaces are
dangerous when wet.
- One (1) Skater
in a bowl or on a pipe, pyramid, or ramp at a time.
- Keep facility
clean.
- All other Park
rules and regulations apply.

Other Comments: A picnic shelter, water fountain and pay phone
are located in the skate park. Portable restrooms are close by with permanent
restrooms available a short distance away within the park. Other park
amenities in Smith park include a fitness trail, 7 acre fishing pond,
playground equipment and picnic shelters.
There is no charge
to use the Skatepark and no supervisor is provided.
